Free Consultation
We offer a free, no-obligation consultation where we’ll meet you at the property, assess the items, explain our estate sale process, and answer any questions. Whether you're downsizing or settling a loved one’s estate, we're here to guide you every step of the way.

Set up and Appraisal
Our team handles the full setup and appraisal process by organizing, cleaning, and staging items throughout the home to create an inviting shopping experience. We research and price each item based on fair market value, using our expertise to ensure everything is accurately appraised for maximum return.

Estate Sale
On the first day of the sale, our team arrives early to prepare the home, ensure everything is securely displayed, and set up signage to attract buyers. We manage all aspects of the sale, including greeting customers, handling transactions, answering questions, and maintaining a safe, organized environment throughout the Weekend.

Haul Off ( Optional)
For an additional charge, we offer a convenient cleanup service to haul away any remaining items after the sale. This ensures the property is left clear and ready for the next steps, whether it's preparing for sale, donation, or disposal.

Preperation for Listing
During this process we recommend doing a pre home inspection to know about all the possible issues and maintenance that is overdue. We then cordinate with all the contractors and manage the projects that need to be completed.

Marketing
We will fully stage the house with furniture, artwork, and more to make the place look like a home. We will prep the home for a photography and videography.
List the Home
We will list the home on the RMLS which will post the home on all the online websites (Zillow, redfin,homes.com etc). We will do a social media blitz and post videos online. We then do open houses and cordinate with all requests for showing

Transaction Managment
We will navigate the next stage of offers ,negotating, accepting the right choice for the family. We will then navigate the process of being under contract and cordinate with all third parties. Then you will be at the closing table signing and recieving funds.
